The United States and Japan have reached a final agreement focusing on agriculture.

Under the agreement, the two countries have agreed on reducing or eliminating tariffs on agricultural commodities exchanged.

Donald Trump described the deal as a great success for farmers and ranchers, formed among the world's strongest economies.

Commentators believe that with the signing of the agreement, a market as large as $ 5 billion will open up to various US manufactured goods.

Under the terms of the agreement, more than 2% of food and agricultural products imported into Japan by the United States will be free of tariffs.

While poultry meat will be eligible for tariffs, this preferential tariff will also decrease gradually.

Given the enormous lobbying of American farmers in Washington and their impact on next year's presidential election,

According to expert estimates, Trump is working to revitalize the agricultural sector affected by recent US trade wars. Along the way, he had made every effort to reach a consensus with his Japanese counterpart.

It should be noted that the United States has fought on different fronts over the past year because of its trade disputes with various countries.
