In September, Brazil exported less Chicken meat to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates than during the same period last year.

According to estimates by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association, ABPA, the country sold 26 percent and 9 percent less poultry meat to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, respectively.

Commentators believe the Brazilians have sold more poultry to Egypt and Bahrain, despite lower sales to those countries.

Experts believe Brazilian poultry exports rose 5.7 percent in the first nine months of 2019 compared to the same period last year.

Finally, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, after China and Japan, are the third and fourth largest buyers of poultry meat from Brazil, respectively.
