The effects of the plastic particles found on Tyson Foods' production nuggets still seem to continue for the company.

The Dubai municipality said in an official statement that the consumption of nuggets distributed in the UAE poses no danger to consumers and does not contain plastic particles.

However, according to the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), Tyson Foods has voluntarily released all its five-pound (2kg) packages of its "Pancake Nuggets" on November 5 -2018.

Following the release of the report, the product was tracked by the Dubai Food Safety Authority, and the agency said the product was not currently available in the UAE market.

Given such events, the need to utilize technologies such as the China block in the global poultry industry will become increasingly important.
